Admonter was founded more than four decades ago in 1972, although timber has been processed in the forested Admont since ancient times. Admont in Austria is famous for its Benedictine monastery, which has been in operation for over a thousand years. Today, Admonter, with around 300 employees, exports most of its production.
The Admonter name can be seen as an indication of the origin to which Admonter is committed. All production takes place in Admont, Austria, which provides seamless conditions to ensure high quality products while also bringing prosperity to the region. At the same time, it keeps alive and develops the craftsmanship that has been handed down from generation to generation.
At Admonter, the key is to be progressive and to offer durable products with a long service life. The entire Admonter range is covered by the EPD, which provides information on the carbon footprint and environmental aspects of products throughout their life cycle.
